Concerning tail docking, due to the fact that most of the world (S.A., various European countries etc.) is not practicing this anymore, or phasing itout,  we are only docking tails that are obviously flawed.  Boerboels are working dogs, not ’show dogs’, so to do this for vanity purposes is not enough reason for us. 

We have kept back several pups from the last breedings for evaluation, they were both very healthy and strong litters, I think Duke had alot to do with it.  We look forward to his his appraisal in the future.  His pups in both litters are heavy boned and very well muscled.  Even tempered and a joy to be around. 

  We are planning to host the very first of many appraisals here in the near future, we will post info on that so you can bring your Boerboel to be professionally appraised.  We are hoping for 15-20 dogs, which will prove to be quite a fun and exciting day!  It will most likely take place this coming fall.
